The New Professionals Program (NPP) is a 6 month paid internship-to-hire program offering paid, on-the-job training to set high school graduates (ages 18 – 24) up for success in a meaningful and rewarding career in direct care in human services. Successful completion of the program earns an offer for a full-time position and ongoing support for growth in multiple career pathways.

Our residential services offer customized staffing and support to help adults living with disabilities live as independently as possible and become active, contributing members of their communities.

Clinical
Our clinical roles require a degree and support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. NuPath supports staff pursuing ongoing education, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), behavior assessment, therapy coordination, crisis management, and more.
Our nursing roles require a degree and NuPath will support ongoing staff education if a DSP expresses interest in this career path. Full-time DSPs can get tuition reimbursement while pursuing CNA, LPN, or RN degrees. Nurses are responsible for administering medications and caring for client's well-being.
Our program management roles require individuals to supervise client needs, activities, and outings, oversee medical appointments, behavioral interventions, and daily living skills. Program management staff ensure thorough documentation and family communication in Individual Support Plan (ISP) settings.
